Data Deletion Request
We respect your privacy and make it simple to permanently delete your data. You have two ways to request the deletion of your account and all associated encrypted vault data:
1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your data is directly from within the app. Navigate to Settings → Delete Account to initiate the process immediately.
2. Email Request
Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing us at contact@duely.co.in from the email address associated with your account.
Privacy Policy Commitment: All deletion requests are permanent. After a 7-day grace period, your account, email address, and all encrypted vault data will be irreversibly purged from our servers.
